Being sociable at my new school?

i am moving schools and i am in 10th grade. i live in israel so the national language is hebrew but 15% of my skwl is anglo so i still can have friends who speaak english. the problem is is that i kinda like to chill at home when im not at school but i really want to break that trend. i understand hebrew pretty well but its the speaking that makes me uncomfortable so i need advice on

A: ways to overcome my in my own corner disease and want to go to after skwl events and

B: how to become more comfortable with speaking a language i feel i am not entirely fluint in yet.

  1. are there any groups that you can join at your new school? if so join one that is of interest to you! if you join a group that you are interested in then you will become friends with people who have something in common with you

    and for your second question..maybe try to keep practicing the language or when making new friends ask them to help you with it

    making friends in a new school may seem scary...but if you are friendly..make lots of eye contact and smile at people to show that you are open to making new friends and someone will come along! good luck!
