the video clip you're looking for can be found at the website:

once there, on the left-hand side of the page, click on "Taekwondo."

from there, look for the hyper-link "Results and Schedules," (about half-way down the page) and click on it.

from there, click on the drop-down tab for "Day 14, Friday August 22."  the schedules and results from that days matches are listed chronologically.  the UAE vs KOR match you're looking for is listed as the 6th match.  simply click on the "Rewind" link and it will open up a new window with the video.

the video that comes up is more than 4 hours long.  the UAE vs KOR match that you're asking for is about 1 hr 22 minutes into the video.

(fyi, you may have to install microsoft's silverlight plug-in to watch the video on your browser.)
