freezer is only running at -2c . is there a easy fix or do i need to buy a new one ? the fridge is at the correct temerature

BEKO CDA653FS There is a ice build up on the back of frezzer just underneath the fan dont know why it happen cause the fridge/freeze is at right TEMP.
