Beko fridge freezer. Water keeps collating at bottom of my fridge, there appears to be a plug hole

Water keeps collating at bottom of my fridge, there appears to be a plug hole at back of fridge and water is seeping out of this, can you tell me how to stop this problem, should there be some form of plug in the hole, i believe its to do with the defrosting of the fridge
