Belkin all in one print server can't configure

When I install the software for the Belkin all in on print server on the PC that is connected to the Belkin wireless router (not a machine with wireless but connected via ethernet). It installs software but when I say Yes to do you want to configure I get a DCHP error message saying that the pirnt server can't be found
