I live in the north and have a summer place in the south. If I buy a new receiver and a dish and hook it up in my summer place do I have to pay for a whole new account. I don't want to pay for another satellite service. How many dishes and receivers can I have under one account?

  1. If you buy another receiver, you want to be sure to put it under the same account as your first one. As far as how many receivers you can have, Bell told me any number, but you pay an extra $4.99 per month for having multiple receivers. The $4.99 covers all of them & not $4.99 for each one you add.

If they do will not sell you a second system like this , then just buy the second receiver & add to your account, then pick yourself up a dish & LNB (which are not hard to come by) & do the install that way. As long as they get paid for the current account, there shouldn't be a problem. Talk to one of your local retailers as this shouldn't be a problem.

You might want to avoid hooking your phone line up too, at the cottage.
