Bellatrix costume from Harry Potter?

I'm after images and ideas on Bellatrix Lastrange's costume from Harry Potter, I'm attending a special Harry Potter celebration in November for the release of the Half Blood Prince. I've been asked if I can attend as Bellatrix.
