i would say the belly but they freeze them not so you wont feel it.

the ear you can use numbing cream so you wont feel that either

People think the cartlidge hurts cause there is no meat. But honestly, When I got my second hole. it hurt more than when I got the cartlidge done.

Navel piiercing does not hurt. Slight pinch.  So I guess the answer would be, I f I had to choose what hurt ''most,''  the navel.
