Belly Button piercing care?

I have my belly button pierced. Its been a week. I wanna know an easy way to keep it looking clean with no red spots or rings around the base and look perfect! I want the best looking one. My friends all have it and they all look soooo good!

P.S I know about salt baths. But i need something more. How long till it looks hot?!

Sea salt soaks.  Nothing more, nothing less.

All you need is sea salt soaks. 1/4 tsp sea salt to 1 cup warm water, soak for 10 mins 3 times per day maximum.

Using anything else will only irritate the piercing, leading to the redness and scar tissue you want to avoid.

Make sure you leave it alone. Don't move the jewelry. make sure you wear high quality jewelry of an appropriate style (no dangly bits for at least 6 months - even after that only wear dangly jewelry for a few hours at a time)
