Belly button pierced??help?plz?

Question

i want to get my belly button pierced but idk where to do it..like where do i go to get it done

i dont think u can just go to like claire's right?

so my question is where or what kind of place can i get it done?

and how much does it normally cost(in the US)?

also im 14 (almost 15).do u think thats too young to get it done?im in high school so yea

You could ask your doctor, they might do it.  But i dunno, I'm not really a fan of belly button rings.

You need to have it done at a proper piercing studio. You will also need to bring a parent/guardian (in most areas) to give consent. Call a local studio to find out what ID your guardian needs to bring.

no you can not go to claire's they only do ears, even if they did do it i would be very concerned

you can get it done at most tattoo parlors, they double as a piercing studio.

mine cost $75 but it varies from place to place

i do think you're a little too young.  why don't you wait a year or so, maybe even just another 6 months? you don't want that piercing growing out on you

If under 18 you need parent consent. I was 15 when I got min. Go to a place that does piercings and tattoos. (Check places out...make sure its clean) Some doctors offices offer this too now. I paid 35 back in 2003. Shouldn't have gone up much since. Good Luck! :)

heck nooo dont get it done at claires (if thats even possible and i pray that it isnt) or anywhere that uses a gun. you need to find a clean, reputable place that uses hollow needles and sterilizes their jewelry and needles with an autoclave. basically a nice looking tattoo or piercing parlor. you can look it up in the yellow pages.

mine cost 50 including jewelry but prices vary depending on where you go

and no, i think 14 is a little young, i'd advise you to wait until youre 16 cuz belly rings kinda have sexual undertones and you dont wanna be seen like that when youre only 14

you are too young to go alone. you need to go with a parent if you wanna go to a place where they will do a good job. And i suggest looking online for local piercing places.

because if you go to some bad place where you dont need a parent, they could mess up and cause nerve damage.
