  1. some places numb it, some dont. my place didnt ughh. id say it was a 6 or 7 and i have pretty high pain tolerance because its my 10th piercing. but i have heard stories where it hadnt hurt at all, it really depends on the piercer too.

  2. I've had my piercing for a couple of months now and I love it! I had been wanting one sooo bad. I was worried about the pain too because I haven't had any other piercings other than my ears which I got when I was a baby so I didn't remember what it felt like. It's not too bad, I'd say on a scale of 1-10, the pain is probably about a 4. It's not unbearable. Just have someone there that you can squeeze their hand and it's over before you know it, and it's sooo worth it in the end because it is sooo cute! I feel like I've had mine forever, it bothers me from time to time because it takes about 6 months to heal completely. Most of the time I can't even feel it. You're supposed to clean it once or twice a day with antibacterial soap, like when you're in the shower just rub some on there and move the ring back and forth and make sure it's completely dry. Good luck!

  3. I had mine done roughly 3 weeks ago and believe me the pain is not that bad, a lot of my friends have had it done and said the exact same thing, so it's not just my opinion.

I was quite nervous when i went in to do it, which was pointless, and when the needle actually pierces the pain is about 4 and is gone in seconds. It's  quite sore after and it's a bit uncomfortable sleeping for the first few nights

    overall pain =3

clean it 2 a day with either a wash from a pharmacy or i used salt water and tcp (antibacterial wash)

mine looks fine now but you have to wait about 2 months-3 to change it

    :)

  4. pain really depends on the person i would say a 4 or something but im pretty good with that kind of pain its really not too bad

the first 2 weeks u have to clean it well and do not take it out or the hole will close

  5. 1. for me, it was  a 7. everyones different though, honestly. when you ask if it hurts youre gonna get answers from 1 all the way to 10. theres no way to know unless you experience it yourself. but dont let pain deter you, it was totally worth it. i'd do it again, even if the pain would be like..a 50. i loooove it =]

    2. you have to clean it twice a day with warm sea salt soaks

ps- this is completely random, but how did you get those symbols next to your name? lol theyre really cool lookin

  6. It really depends on your level of pain with needles.

I have a pretty high tolerance so it didn't really hurt for me, maybe a 2.

Also, to clean it, use an unscented anti-bacterial soap with warm water once a day and use H20cean (a sea-salt cleanser that you can buy for the piercer.)

  7. 2, its only the clamp that hurts, nothing else. I had mine done in july, and i still have to clean it.

you have to clean it 2 times a day, if you use bactine, but when i did that mine got infected, but my sisters didnt? So then i got non-scented liquid dial soap, and use it when i shower, and it cleans it right out.

my friend whos right here said hers was about a 2 in pain also. just the clamp that hurts, she also uses the dial, and she got hers done 3 weeks ago(:

  8. probably a 2. it really didnt hurt me at all. after i got it done i kept waiting for it to hurt and waiting for it to get sore and that never happened. getting my 3rd lobe piercing deffinatly hurt/burned/stung more. this only feels like a quick little pinch and BAM..you have a pierced belly button. its a little sensitive for the first week or so, but it will only hurt it you play with it a lot or hit it hard. ive had mine done for almost 3 months now w/ no problems. you can email me if u've got any questions. i say its deffinatly worth it

  9. About a 2 on that scale, it's like getting stung by a stinging nettle or something, and believe me, I have a REALLY low pain threshold!!

Clean it 2-3 times a day with boiling salt water until it stops weeping continuously, then only clean it if it does weep. (though mine didn't weep, so I just cleaned it twice a day for a month or so, then once a day until it wasn't tender or red at all anymore)
