Belly button ring question??

I have on a hoop belly button ring on. I want to change it. But i just dont know how. Can anyone please help me. And remember its not a regular belly ring its a hoop one.

it's not a good idea to change it when you don't know what you're doing, it's better to go back where you got it pierced and ask them to do it for you, it may cost a little, but it's better than doing it yourself and have something go wrong.

You have to pull the sides of the hoop apart from the ball.  The ball has two indentations on it's sides for the ring ends to fit into nicely.

Use a pair of needle nose pliers VERY CAREFULLY.

Pliers!  I usually wear a hoop belly ring and to get it open i have to slip the pliers into the hoop and then pull them apart. it's kinda difficult so i needed to have my sister help me. Good luck
