I bought a pair of shorts that came with a belt. The shorts have a closure that is a ring with a bar down the middle, you are supposed to thread one end of the belt through that. I put the belt under one side of the circle, over the bar and under the other side. The problem is that the belt hags, and does not hold. Is there any way i can fix this? what is the closure called? Thanks!! <33

  1. Firstly, i think the belt is not suppose to be tight. more of an accessory to make the shorts look better. but if you really wants it tighter, there are a few ways.

    1) thread the belt under the cirle buckle and over the bar and under the circle on the other side. pull the belt tight and insert the upper edge of the loose end of the belt over the tightened part of the belt (the stripe of belt against your waist.) this should hold the belt in place esp if it's tight.

    2) fasten it like the first method and use the loose end to go below the tightened part of the belt so that it exits through the top before flipping it under again.

    3) fasten like the 1st method and then flip the loose end over the circle buckle and over the bar and then under the circle buckle at the opposite end.

  2. I think it sounds kinda like a D-ring belt. I think I can imagine it in my mind...

I think after you put it under one side, over the bar and under the other side, put it over the side you just put it under and over the bar and under the other side. This should help with it being a little snugger, but a belt like that isn't really meant to hold your pants up, just look cute.

Hope this made sense and helped!
