Ben Hilfenhaus, the Australian fast bowler, has backed Tasmania’s bowling coach, Ali de Winter, to take over the role with Australia permanently, and thinks he has the potential to take the young fast bowlers to new heights.

Younis, as one of the leading candidates.
For the on-going tour of England, De Winter was appointed as the interim coach, who is also one of the short-listed applicants for the permanent job.
Hilfenhaus, who is also a Tasmanian, expressed that De Winter has worked with him in past as well and has been quite successful. The 29-year-old believes that his State’s bowling coach has good experience with fast bowlers.
"He noticed my action had changed a little bit and realised what we needed to change to get back to where we wanted it. He definitely played a very big role in that," Hilfenhaus said. "I had a bit of time off and got the body strong again and slowly worked
on it, and still will continue to work on it every day to make sure old habits don't creep back in.”
A number of young Australian fast bowlers like http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Mitchell-Aaron-Starc-c76392 have emerged at the international stage since the last 12 months, and are expected to be future stars.
Most of the former cricketers believe that these boys can carry the burden of Aussie cricket in the coming years, provided they are given appropriate coaching to develop their skills.
Hilfenhaus is of the opinion that once the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/England-c56013 tour finishes, all the fast bowlers will realise how efficient De Winter has been.
"I rate Ali pretty highly and I'm sure once the other blokes have had a bit more to do with him, they'll say exactly the same thing."
CA is likely to appoint a bowling coach before the upcoming http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Sri-Lanka-c758.
