Ben's been in so much trouble with the cops over the last 5 or so years that I'm sure he knows his rights!  He would've known he didn't have to submit a blood test and he got his solicitor in there pretty d**n quick.  I feel sorry for his family, esp. Bryan Cousins - it was awful when he gave that media speech about how Ben had a drug addiction.  The problem with Ben (besides always stuffing up over and over) is that he's never appeared sorry or contrite - he just seems to laugh everytime he gets busted.  I bet he's not laughing tonight.

He's been caught again?  Oh c**p he has!  How daft is he?  I really thought he was better than that!  Oh well, he's gotta go now.  And refusing to submit to the test?  How daft is THAT?  .... he may be lucky not to do some time.  I can't see his club standing by him now.

There is no doubt about his career now, Ben is finished. His AFL career is over. He has a problem and he knows it. At least he can now concentrate on getting better after the storm has cleared away.
