Ben ten alien force bounty hunter?

i have down loaded the software needed to play and created an account but every time i try to play the game after it loads everything and says boot sequence complete the game just vanishes off screen with no trace what am i suppose to do?

I have a question similar to this. I was also on youtube videos for the game. Its the same problem with everyone. Don;t worry. Its not just you. CartoonNetwork has to fix it.
