BenQ monitor Q7T4

Hi; i'm looking for ID of ic701, what is it and what replaces it.
PC Board shows it has been very hot above this IC which is mounted on the bottom.
Monitor comes on briefly then goes off - maybe 20 seconds on 1st try.
Just a couple of seconds next try.
