about 2 weeks ago i started to get back into exercising. i've been doing some bench press and more than 100 squat jumps.ive also noticed my back hurts a little when i bend it.could the bench press do that. or the squat jumps?(and what do people mean when they say I can bench press...pounds) does that mean that's the highest the've ever tried and they can only do one or what?)
