Question:

Bench press or squat jumps. My back hurts?

about 2 weeks ago i started to get back into exercising.

i've been doing some bench press and more than 100 squat jumps.

ive also noticed my back hurts a little when i bend it.

could the bench press do that. or the squat jumps?

(and what do people mean when they say I can bench press...pounds) does that mean that's the highest the've ever tried and they can only do one or what?)

  1. probably squat jumps, you must have been doing them wrong and had you back too curved. also when they say you can bench.... amount of pounds, that means the highest you can do or your max
