Bench press?????????????

Hey i need to be able to bench 30 more pounds then i already can in about 6-7 months , how should i do it cuz if i can bench the amount of weight i need to i probably wont get the position i want. like wat are some things i can do to be able to bench 30 more pounds?

  1. try doing 1-8 reps.and one the last rep you have to just get it up!

    make sure to have a spotter.by doing this,you will build mass.& that's what you need.that's plenty of time.just workout hard

  2. start doing 5 pounds more then a week after do 10 pounds more, then a week after that do 15 pounds and work it all the way up.

Are you benching your weight?  You have to build mass to bench more weight.  Good nutrition, enough protein and when you are benching, remember to raise the set weight 5 to 10 pounds per set, on the reps you may want to count up to your limit and then do them again counting down.  Raising the weight per set will exhaust the muscle and assist in building the mass, you need 1 gram of protein per every pound of body weight per day if you really want to build mass.  And everything else you put into your body counts, consider it fuel to heavier benching and getting what you want.
