I am a right handed golfer and whenever I swing I bend my left knee too much. I am taking lessons and my instructor keeps telling me and watching me to make sure I don't bend it as much. Whenever it isn't bended as much, I always have a better shot so I am trying to figure out the best way to keep my knee straighter. Its the same leg I tore my ACL on but thats better now, but I don't know if that could be a part of it. Anyway, does anyone have any ideas? Thanks! :)
