Benefit fraud? hmmmmmm?

I have just read a question on here about the recent news on benefit fraud and how people are 'getting away' with it!!

This just made me think - what about all those Poles that are claiming Child benefit for their kids who do not even live in the UK????????

Surely this is fraud? as they are claiming a benefit when they don't live in the counrty - or am I missing something here???

Can someone explain this to me?

The Poles are getting the work because they want the work.  They turn up on time and do the work; they earn their money.  We are also allowed to work abroad, so why don't some of our unemployed get of their backsides and more to Poland to work?

It may be "legal" according to our Masters of the E.C.but at the end of the day there is a lot of resentment against Poles and Eastern Europeans whose only aim in life is to come to the U.K.and deliberately milk the system to which they have contributed nothing. There are even independent advice centres set up to help and advise these people on how to work the tax and benefit systems of this country, these centres do of course charge a fee and a percentage !!

Child benefit is a refundable tax if you have children.  The fact that they are working, and paying tax means they are entitled to child benefit.

The fact that their children don't live in this country is irrelevant.

My Niece is going out with a young Muslim chap. (My poor old Dad's turning in his grave)

This young chap signs on in 4 different names, despite owning 3 houses which he lets out to students at 50 quid a week each, 2 students per room. (5 rooms per house) He also owns a furniture warehouse in Birmingham, and his Father owns a string of restaurants. He turns up at the jobcentre in Sparkbrook, Birmingham in his brand new B.M.W..

My poor old Mom, who lives on her old age pension, lives opposite that job centre, and has seen them arriving to sign on in their Merc's, and even a Rolls Royce once.

I don't know what is happening to our Country either, but it sure aint good!!!

Its not only Poles. its a large proportion of ALL immigrants, legal or otherwise.

I would like to know how much benefit money is spent outside the UK.

I would also propose a limit on the % of earnings immigrants can send to their home country.  Lets say 80% of their salary must be spent in UK.

Then our economy will truley benfit.

They are also taking our houses and jobs. Why are the job centres so full? Why are there no council houses for our people who desparately need them? Unfortunately, their claiming money for their kids abroad is legal. It makes me sick. Just  try and get benefits yourself, you have to wait 6 weeks for a penny!
