What are the benefits of being thin, in both looks & health?

  1. Well, you look great and you have lots of energy! As long as you're healthy - eating right and exercising - being thin feels wonderful.

    I recently lost almost 60 pounds and it's been the best thing I've ever done for myself. I still have curves,,,,they're just smaller and more toned than they used to be =)


  2. How about a healthy weight.   Skinny is underweight.

  3. Well, being healthy thin (exercise daily and eat well) then you'll likely have a longer life.

    If you just exercise and eat bad food - you won't.

    If you just starve yourself - very risky and dangerous.

    If you don't exercise and eat bad food - need to stay healthy.

    I don't care much about weight though.

  4. Medically speaking, it is healthier for you as well.

    Like any machine, your body cells sometimes make mistakes and allow junk to get through in the form of free radicals. The less you eat, the less your cells have to process, the less can go wrong.

    Plus you have less wear and tear on your joints. Every step you take is between 100 - 500 pounds of force on your single joint. Over time it builds up.
