Hey he told people to call him that last year even though it wasn't legal. Now it's legal and not as NEW to people as it once was. I will not buy a jersey with that on it. He made a mockery of his family name I can only imagine what his family and generations before would think.

the bengals have  said they will honor  Johnson's legal name change and his name on his jersey will be 'Ocho Cinco"

It was a brilliant move by  johnson in 2 ways  he stuck it to the league  who blew it out of proportion and fined  joshnson for wearing an "ocho cinco' jersey a couple years ago.  

nfl players recieve a protion of the sale of their jersey.  so when  you buy a romo jersey  romo gets about 2%  of the sale.   Soooo  when you go out and buy those "ocho cinco" jerseys   chad ocho cinco will be raking in the money
