Any one got any experience on the Picasso, Primavera (2 and Park), Playamar appartments? (for selfcatering) What are they like?

  1. Can't help you fella.  I went with my girlfriend a few years ago.  It's ok I guess, a lot like a council estate on a beach, that's how we would have described it.  Who cares where you go?  You're young, just have a lot of fun!!!!

  2. For panoramic photos of hotels, beaches & attractions in Benidorm, try the following link and click on the thumbnails: http://www.360travelguide.com/results.as...

    Have a fun time.

  3. If you currently live in a run down residential area in the UK then you might find benidorm acceptable but if not you will not like it, it is dirty run down prostitutes everywhere beggars everywhere and you will need ID for the pubs which I wouldn't go into as the drinks are dear, if you still have time to cancel it then I would, benidorm is now know as a dirty run down Blackpool.

  4. we went to benidorm an its great theres loads of clubs but try not to go to the toilets in the rock bars and theres a scary stripper lady called sticky vicky who does strange things with tonic water bottles and can pull things out of obscene places just thought id warn you xx

  5. you must see sticky vicky, it will stay with you forever!  i live half an hour away from benidorm, had some great nights there.. try the water parks as well, there blinding!!

  6. Most appartments in Benidorm are owned by private individuals and rented out through an agent, Some are very good and some are very bad so you will have to take pot luck i'm afraid

As for things to do Benidorm is the liveliest resort in Spain  go to the square and you will find all the nightlife, restuarants, bars etc. we have the best beaches that can be found anywhere (Lavante beach) I'm sure that you will have the time of your lives. a word of advice , dont change your money in the UK if you have a card get it from the ATM in spain  you should get at least 145 to the pound English banks are robbing b*stards.   I live in Benidorm if you want to know anything else just email me .     Have a great holiday !

If you dont know where to start just make you way to the CAFFE BINIDORM and start from there .

  7. It may be your first time in Benidorm but I bet it won't be your last! We recently took our teenage granddaughter there and she loved it -it's EVERYODY'S scene. There's sun, sea, shopping, cheap public transport, loads of places to eat and drink.I suggest you take a couple of travel plugs and a travel kettle. There's still nothing quite like a nice cup of tea/coffee when you wake up!At the far end of Levante beach is a pub called BAR SOL. Cheap drinks, fab food, good music and Steve,Pauline and the boys will make you really welcome. They also know the best places to visit in the evenings.Just tell them Chris and Brian from Wales said hello. If you find the Indoor market between Levante beach and the 'Flamingo'(one road back from the far end of the beach) - that's the best place to change your pounds into euros. We got 147.50 in there.Only use the hole in the wall if you have a Nationwide debit card. You won't need much the first day so just take about £50 each in euros. Try Marks and Spencers or the Post Office for best rates here with no commission. Beware of anywhere that wants to deduct commission on your money - you'll lose out.

The appartments are fine - you will prob. only be in them to shower and sleep! Also, remember the weight restrictions for your luggage. If you can, take only a couple of clothes  - see what the others are wearing and buy over there - clothes are dirt cheap  -buy one size bigger -they're a bit skimpy on sizes

    Enjoy yourselves!! Have fun!!

  8. you will love it ,brilliant place no matter who old you are and the apartments are fab,Benidorm ploughs the money in to make it fab for us holiday visitors that's why its so popular the night life is great during the day there is something for everyone beaches Lavante, and poinente, sunset and sunrise so clean at your age this will be a holiday to remember,go for it you ll love it have a ball.
