Chelsea’s manager, Rafa Benitez has gone on to hail Frank Lamaprd, as he feels the midfielder has been one of the best players for the Blues over the last couple of years.
The manager has also gone on to make his comments soon after it seemed like Lampard was destined to leave the team, as the player went on to hint that perhaps his time at the club had finally come to an end.
Benitez, when talking about the thirty four year old midfielder is reported to have said: "For sure, he's a fantastic player, a great professional - there's no doubt about this"
"Also, when I talk to the people in charge, they are telling me the same, so nobody has any doubt about his condition, his levels, his quality. So the decision could be analysing different things, not just the quality of the player."
The player himself went on to admit that he has a lot to offer to whatever team opts to use his services in the future. As a result, it is safe to say that Lamaprd is more than likely going to be leaving the Stamford Bridge in the near future.
"I feel like I have two or three years, at least, in me at the top level," said the veteran midfielder.
"It is not for me to decide on this one. It's up to the club. Whatever happens, I have had a great time at Chelsea. I am determined to play a few more years and see what pans out in the near future."
Nonetheless, Lampard has insisted that irrelevant to what happens with him in the future, he is certain to continue giving it his all no matter what the situation might be.
For the time being Lampard is still a http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 player and he is going to continue to serve the team with a hundred percent loyalty until the day comes when he is eventually asked to leave the club.
When talking about whether he will maintain his professional attitude and his ability to give it his all, the player responded by stating: “I will keep trying to do that, whatever the circumstances."
