Bennigans menu test?

Just curious if anyone knows anything about the server menu test for bennigans. They didnt really tell me what kind of test it would be other than that its a written test, they just gave me a menu basically.

my other question is, how hard is the test??

You need to know what is on the menu.... specifically these:

What sides are available, what beer do they have and which are on tap, which drinks they have (pepsi/ or coke products) what the specials are, and favorites.

Read over the menu several times and you will be fine. Good luck!
