My girlfriend was an employee at Benningans and recently they filed for bankruptcy. She never picked up a paycheck for a previous work week and was owed two tipshares for two of the days she worked. She has failed to get ahold of the manager to try and recover these wages. With this bankruptcy, is she still entitled to these, if she is entitled, what would you suggest as a recommended course for recovering these wages? If not, why?
