Bensham (Gateshead) redevelopments. When are all the scum rentals getting kicked out?

I grew up in Gateshead and the only good things about it are the roads out of there.  Everybody with 'get up and go' has long since got up and gone.  The town grew out of a handful of heavy industries which have long since had their day.  It's a victim of progress and only the dead-wood is left to sit out the terminal decline, thrown the odd scrap from Westminster and doomed to call centres and warehouse work.

If you can afford a train ticket then buy one and leave.
