Question:

Bento carrier?

If I am going to be using a bento box for my lunch without access to refrigeration, I am assuming I need a carrier for it to keep it cool? Does a bento box fit in a standard size soft lunchbox, or do I need to purchase one specifically for the bento box? See: http://www.laptoplunches.com/products.html

I lean toward lead free ones. Simple and economical advice with links are much appreciated.

  1. This depends on the size of your bento box, hit the stores girl and take your bento box with you!  They have insulated carriers at Target, Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Linen & Things...... most home stores carry them.  They are usually lead free and inexpensive.

  2. why are you posting when you have the information???

you can buy "Blue Ice" at any supermarket to freeze without the wet mess

I found mine,,, Stainless Steal with snap clamps,,, at the Asian markets

most of the online shops seem to be plastic

I no longer live near a "large city"

    waste my time.
