  1.   Are you sure it is H3PO4  and not H3PO2 ?The reaction of a diazonium salt with hypophosphorous acid, H3PO2, results in replacement of the N2 group by an H. This is an efficient way to remove an aromatic amino group.


  2. you get benzene back, if phosphoric acid is what you meant to say because i dont know what H3POC is.
