Manchester United’s striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Dimitar-Berbatov-c11254 is set to be on his way out of Old Trafford in the summers, as he has started to grow frustrated at the club.
The striker was signed by the Red Devils for an outrageous thirty million pounds four years ago. However, despite him scoring goals at a regular pace, he doesn’t seem to be a part of the starting eleven.
With him nearing retirement, the striker has now started to realize that he needs to move away, in order to salvage his career, or he could end up retiring at an all time low.
When talking about his future, the forward is reported to have said: "My time at Manchester United is running out. I no longer feel like a valuable part of this team."
"I think I did well in the few opportunities that I received. But I am a little frustrated by the way this happened, I do not think I deserved it.”
The Bulgarian then went on to reveal that he had been misled by http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alex-c4752 Ferguson on a number of occasions. Berbatov was always under the impression that he would eventually get some first team opportunities, but the way things are going, that seems highly unlikely.
He also insisted that he had realized that there was no spot for him in the team and his self dignity would not let him continue to stay at the club, or attend more meaningless meetings.
"I've talked 10 times or even more with the manager and he always told me there would be a place for me in the team. But after that I continued to stay on the bench," he said.
"But I have dignity and I stopped going to such meetings, it is clear that I'm leaving United. It's obvious that I have to leave."
At the moment, there is no real interest in the striker from anywhere. However, with him making himself available for a transfer, he is set to be on his way out in the near future.
Currently, it seems like the striker might just end up making a move back to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904, in order to try and secure more first team football.
