Deportivo La Coruna midfielder, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Álex-Bergantiños-c4762, doesn’t agree with the accusations suggesting that Levante UD are a dirty team.

Deportivo are currently sitting one spot above the danger zone and on Sunday they got a tough match on their hands as they faced the high-flying Valencia-based club, Levante.
The visitors were involved in a controversial match with Real Madrid on the weekend. http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Cristiano-Ronaldo-c9629 was substituted with an eye injury and there were also scuffles involving some of the players in the tunnel and in front of the dressing room.
The midfielder says that he is used to hearing these kinds of things when teams encounter Madrid or http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604.
“We hear a lot more about these things when teams play Madrid or Barcelona”.
It was http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ronaldo-c31734 on the eye. However, Bergantinos thinks the incident was accidental and that Levante are not a dirty team.
“Navarro's action may have been fortuitous. I don't think Levante are a dirty team.”
The Galicians are facing issues on and off the pitch. Recently it came into light that the club is not doing well financially and the Deportivo-born player has touched on that issue and thinks it will not make the team suffer as they have the support of
everyone associated with the club.
“We are working with tranquillity. Many teams have been through these situations and Deportivo have the luck of social support. We are unlikely to fall apart.”
The 27-year-old commented on his contract and whether the financial difficulties the club is facing will have any impact on it. He is confident all the issues facing the club will be resolved soon.
“My contract renewal is independent of the situation; I have three years left and in that time I think it will be resolved.”
“If we are doing well and can keep the team in the Primera, then it is easier to solve the problems of the club.”
Deportivo are currently sitting one spot above the drop zone. They will be hoping to get a positive result in this weekend’s match in order to climb to safety.
