You can locate many of the places with Google Maps. A useful tool to get around in Berlin is the "Stadtatlas" (city atlas) which is available at BVG (Berlin transport company) sales offices. It also includes a plan of the public transportation network, especially the metro, which is the cheapest and most efficient way to get around. It's worth every Euro you pay for it (and a nice souvenir, too); it helped me a lot when I lived in Berlin. Network maps (pdf) can be downloaded here:
