End of March will be getting better, but will be rainy and chilly. So you need warm clothes and some light jackets.

Cold and rainy, with the first hint of spring. Early march can still have some snow and late march is usually the time thawing weather comes around. Temps are around 5-10 C during the day, with a bit of luck you get some sun too.
