Berlusconi reveal AC Milan will not sign Hamsik; Zokora wants to leave Sevilla: Transfer update
Milan decide against Hamsik signing
A.C Milan President, Silvio Berlusconi, has revealed that the Rossoneri will not be signing Napoli midfielder, Marek Hamsik, in the summer transfer window.
After weeks of intense speculation and interest from both parties, Milan and Hamsik, Berlusconi has dusted any chance of player moving to San Siro. The club last week announced that the Slovakian is on top of their priority list and the player himself admitted
that he is open for a move to the Italian Champions.
Hamsik said, "If an offer arrived then I would have to talk to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Napoli-c40003 first. I would like to try playing for a club that regularly challenges for the Scudetto and Champions League."
Hamsik has had a wonderful time with Napoli and has been a consistent performer for them ever since he joined the club in 2007. The 23-year-old scored 10 goals in 31 appearances for the Azzurri this season and helped the club to qualify for UEFA Champions
League after 21 years.
The Italian Prime Minister, during his election speech at Naples, confirmed that the club has decided against signing the prodigiously talented midfielder.
Berlusconi said, "We will not buy Hamsik. Milan don't touch the symbol-players of other teams.”
Milan are definitely looking to strengthen their squad after winning the Scudetto after seven years and they will switch their attentions to other players now.

Sevilla midfielder, Didier Zokora, has revealed that he wants to leave Los Rojiblancos and has offers from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899.
Zokora arrived from Tottenham Hotspur before the start of the 2008/09 season and the defensive midfielder established himself as an important player in the team but some inconsistent performances of late have forced him to lose his starting place.
The 30-year-old admitted that he wants to leave the club as he has many better offers from other clubs.
Zokora said, "Honestly, I want to leave. There was a change of coach during the year and I never played many games this season. I have various proposals from France, Germany and England. Anyway, I will think more about my future while I am on holiday."
The Ivory Coast International has been linked with a move to German giants, Bayer Leverkusen and English outfit, Stoke City.
