Bernard Tomic denies ‘hooning’ claims but BMW M3 still remains in police’s custody – Tennis News

Bernard Tomic has been consistently hitting the headlines everyday for his stylish orange BMW sports car. Sadly, the news is not for the right purpose because police has been recorded to have taken the custody of his sports with
the allegation that Australian tennis icon was over speeding at the road and crossed the limits set by the police.
Originally the law doesn’t allow a teenager to drive such a lavish sports car in Australia but Tomic has been allowed by the regulatory bodies to drive his high-octane BMW M3 for a round trip from house to training grounds. The
hi-fi sports car costs around 150,000 Australian dollars that translates into US$150,000.
According to police officials, Tomic was found street racing and drifting in his BMW on Sunday 11th December. Officers accused him of ‘hooning’, an Australian term that translates into rash driving, over speeding and
street racing as well.
Courier Mail Newspaper questioned the 19-year-old about this accusation and he bluntly replied that police is always on his back searching for a reason to take away my car. He proclaimed that he has not been involved in any type
of ‘hooning’ activity and these are all lame excuses put forth by the police officers.
Tomic also hinted that police officer that accused him of ‘hooning’ didn’t liked him at all and it was all just personal and there’s no reality about his over speeding at streets at all. He added “I didn't speed; I didn't do any
of that stuff. He's pulled me over a few times but now it's starting to get a little bit more aggressive. I've got training, gym, massages and meetings I have to go to… my days are very busy getting ready for the summer. I don't know what it is, jealousy or
whatever, but this policeman seems to have it in for me.”
Police was silent about this matter and they ignored any questioned asked about the tennis superstar. The police officer that accused Tomic of ‘hooning’ is well versed and has no personal grievances with tennis star. There was
no personal jealousy involved in the decision to stop the Australian from driving his BMW. One police spokeswoman told the Australian Federal Police that “The issues have been overviewed by a senior officer and no evidence of any breach of discipline or misconduct
has been identified."
Tomic seems to be a bit frustrated with the police officer but the attitude of police confirms the wrongdoings of the Australian tennis ace. The final decision will soon be taken by the regulatory bodies but until then BMW M3 remains
at the police station.
