Bernard. I am pleased for them all, but there is a difference between innocence and being acquitted for want of evidence.

He has not been found innocent: the police made a huge mistake in getting that Aussie steward in as the main witness and he has got off on a technicality.

Regardless of whether he was guilty of fixing races or not the fact remains that he has been associating with "undesirables" and that in itself carries a penalty under BHA rules.

why did the case collapse ? clearly there was something going on between all of them and untill we have the knoweledge of what really went on then how can we be judge and jury.
