The German mentor has discussed the future prospects of the two top managers and has stated that the duo will continue to coach their respective teams.
Schuster has voiced his opinion regarding the future prospects of Real Madrid manager, Jose Mourinho, and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 manager, Pep Guardiola. The 52-year-old expressed that he expects the two managers at their current clubs for the upcoming season. 
The former Besiktas head coach has commented that Pep Guardiola will resume his duties as the Barcelona boss and that Jose Mourinho will be staying at Real Madrid for at least 5 years.
Recently, a lot of publicity was attached to the future of Guardiola and Mourinho, with numerous reports suggesting that the two managers will part ways with their respective clubs by the end of the current season.
Reports suggest that Pep Guardiola is not likely to sign a fresh contract with La Blaugrana and that the Spaniard will head to the San Siro to coach Italian giants, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan. The 41-year-old has shown a considerable amount of hesitance in renewing his
contract with the current Spanish champions.
The Catalan tactician’s current contract will expire at the end of this season and there is a lot of uncertainty about his future at the Nou Camp.
However, Schuster is of the opinion that the Spanish mentor is going nowhere and that he will continue to coach the Catalan giants.
On the other, despite having a rather successful season with Los Blancos, Jose Mourinho has also been reported to be on his way out of the Santiago Bernabeu.
Bernd Schuster’s opinion about the 49-year-old was almost the same as he maintained that the Portuguese tactician is bound to remain at Madrid.
While talking to Sport, the retired German international quoted:
"Guardiola is doing very well and he will continue because neither you or I can imagine a Barcelona without Guardiola,"
"And a Madrid without Mourinho? I do not think so; he is doing very well. They are doing very well in La Liga, could maybe [win] the Champions League. We'll see. Last year he won the Cup and this year it looks like he'll win at least the league. I think
Mourinho is ideal for Madrid, for at least the next five years."
Bernd Schuster played for Barcelona for eight seasons before making a controversial move to Real Madrid in 1988.
