I am newbie on this. i followed all the directions that I could see, my computer connected with the sewing maching, calibrated the hoop, instructed when the dog foot was up to lower, and it seemed to send and thus receive the data for the design.
I have ARtista 4.0. The PC SW went through all the steps, but things stopped. my 440 with the blinking on/off icon on the display, and the PC SW with the highlight image of the machine with the on/off button in orange.
What else am I supposed to press/do?
