Question:

Bernina Activa 240

I just purchased a Bernina Activa 240 and when I try the blanket stitch, it is bringing the lower thread up. I know this would normally be a tension problem, but it is on the standard #4 setting. I have re-threaded the machine a million times... not sure what to do next, other than drive an hour back to the Bernina dealer & get it fixed. I have a Bernette 80e, so I am somewhat comfortable with these machines.Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!Jen
