Bernina Artista 180. Help....The machine started to bend and break the needles. Inspecting it

Help....The machine started to bend and break the needles. Inspecting it showed that the bobbin case, or whatever you call it, that spins was hitting the needle. Purchased a service manual and that says something about sync but cannot find the adjustments to check that out. Is there a video available for servicing these machines??? Would make it a lot easier...
