Bernina Updates

Question

I have an Artista 200E upgraded to 730. The seller says I have the 4.51 firmware in it already. My Bernina Instructor says I don't. For $59. bucks an hour she will put this software in. Also if I let her touch it I void the rest of my warranty with the seller. The seller also says not to believe her and that it sounds fishy to him.I called Bernina Tech and Software Support they said they are not trained in the use of of their machines, just software.(spoke to someone @1-866-223-6943) He did tell me what screen to go to, but was still unable to confirm. He said go to another Bernina Dealer to answer my question!!! Does anyone know the correct answer to this? Just want to make sure I got what I paid for without voiding my warranty.
