I probably replaced the bobbin after filling it incorrectly. It jammed on the first stitch. I can not get anything to move with the hand wheel (haven't even tried the foot pedal, afraid to). I feel that it needs a professional to fix it, BUT, I am an American living in China and have no idea where to go for help and I really don't trust someone who has never seen a Bernina before. I have contacted the Bernina Co. and a dealer in Hong Kong (closest place to me, but still a trip to get there with the machine!) Do you have any suggestions on something I could do myself to fix it? I have carefully taken apart what I can, but I see nothing obvious wrong.
