Bernina artista 170

Question

The threads on my Bernina Artista 170 aren't catching to form stitches.The top thread is not pulling the thread from the bobbin through thefabric. I've re-checked the threading of the top and bottom threads tomake sure it's as it should be. All the embroidery unit tells me to dois check the top thread. I don't know what else to do.
