  1. All costs and hopefully a long stay in a mental hospital.

  2. .    You shouldn't even have to do the jail time unless you have pulled the alarm many times before.  You would not have to pay the full damage.

  3. My question is why? Is it really necessary to do a false alarm?  What if someone dies of a heart attack because of this?  You will forever live with the guilt of killing someone because of your stupid a$$ joke.  Get a life and just don't do it.

  4. You would be fired from your job. If the sprinklers came on and there was no damage from a fake fire you would have to pay the bill for that. Ruined furniture etc. you would be looking at over 10K.

You could give someone a heart attack and if someone died you would be charged with murder. if that happens be prepared to spend your entire life behind bars. With out ever getting out. So is it really worth this?

  5. It really depends on the local jurisdiction code.  I'm a fire alarm installer and have dealt with many nuisance false alarms from things that are unpredictable like environmental conditions, however intentional misuse is generally highly frowned upon by the local responding agency.  Typically fines exceed 500 dollars if they find who did it, and repeated alarms could eventually result in jail time.

  6. All costs incurred.
