Bacrardi Rum that is half the calories (comes in coconut, key lime and pineapple I think)

Mix with crystal light, sugar free juice, seltzer, or flavored diet sodas.

Coke Zero and rum (I recommend Cruzan, or Cruzan 151 depending on your tollerance and "desired" effect) Coke Zero and Cruzan pretty much tastes like a regular rum and coke.  Cruzan 151 is less sweet, but has a heck of a lot more kick.
