Some sites allow you to transfer money to people.  I once saw a guy on eBay who sells isntant transfers from his account to your FullTilt account (for a fee, of course).  Pokerstars allows player to player transfers as well.  Other than that, unless you play a FPP (the points you accumulate for real money games) tourney I don't see how.

There are no reliable sites that have no-deposit options.  If you have a friend who has cash on a site, you can do a player to player transaction and just give him or her the cash.  I wouldn't try my luck with strangers, though.  But with PokerStars, they have low minimum deposits, depending on the method, it's only $10-25 minimum.

You can always gain alot of chips like 10 million then sell it for like 10-15 dollars per million.

That would get you 100-150 bucks and you can use that for real.  People always buy chips on there for racing and they never want to build up.

I play on pokerstars and they do that alot.

You could always trade money with someone that has money on another site, in exchange for money on another, if you can trust the person.
