Besides giong into TOOLS / Internet Options to clear up the computer what can I do to speed it up ?

recently it's become much more slow ~ I do not want any of those BS downloading cleaners either ~ Your help would greatly be appreciated. thanks, Jo Jo

According to my experience,uninstall unwanted programs

Anti-virus,pick a light and powerful one like Avast.Remember,pick ONLY ONE!If you need Firewall,take ZoneAlarm

Rarely used program,if you need speed so much,why don't you try to save the Setup file down and uninstall the rarely use program.Install back if you need to use so that it will save some RAM.

Clean up your computer(Startup).Manage your startups will help you have a faster startup and RAM clean.
