Besides homeless shelters or other people's couches, what are some other ways to sleep safely at no cost?

There is no car either. What options are there?

Get a job with accommodation, instead of bummin around looking to do as little as possible.

Rental trucks. They are nearly always unlocked, clean, and dry.

Make sure you can open it from the inside, before you close the door all the way. . . the best way, is a rope tied to the handle, pulled in with you.

And they are darker inside than you can possibly imagine.

If you have a bag, Bus stations or airports .  .. looking like you're waiting for your ride. But they lights never go off, there.

Get a significant other... a boyfriend or a girlfriend and move in with them

get a job,dont be a bum,put some effort in ur day,if u r homeless,get a job and in a few weeks u will be able to afford an apartment,if u live in an expensive city hitch hike to a cheaper state(i think south) and find a job and sleep under a bridge.i hope u end up ok.

find a big box, place it on a park bench, and sleep in it, covered in newspapers.... during a freak hailstorm that is caused by Global Warming.
