  1. Beans, nuts, and soy products. Dairy does have some, but it's not considered a high source. Seafood of course does have a lot of protein, but it is essentially fish meat, so if you're a vegetarian it may not be the right choice for you.

  6. Almost everything has some protein in it, but some things are higher then others, like: eggs, dairy, nuts, seeds, beans, peas, and whole grains.  

  7. Animal sources are the only complete proteins. All plant proteins lack methione, an essential amino acid.

    Edit: Rohak, on the protein quality scale milk is ranked only below eggs for bioavailability. I don't know where you get the idea that it is a poor source.
